Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the United States only 🇺🇸
(This includes Alaska and Hawaii, unless stated otherwise.)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [2-3 business days] after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, shipping is handled by the carrier. That said, if something goes wrong:

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us at support and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because our items are handmade with care, we have a slightly different return policy than mass-produced goods. Please read the details below before requesting a return.
Returns (Eligible Items)

Most paper products (such as paper pads, kits, ephemera etc) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition, with original packaging where applicable.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Greeting cards (including individual cards and card sets)

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.

Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
