Where We Ship

At this time, we ship within the United States only πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
(This includes Alaska and Hawaii, unless stated otherwise.)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [2-3 business days] after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, shipping is handled by the carrier. That said, if something goes wrong:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us at support and we’ll do our best to help.

 
Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are handmade with care, we have a slightly different return policy than mass-produced goods. Please read the details below before requesting a return.

Returns (Eligible Items)
  • Most paper products (such as paper pads, kits, ephemera etc) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition, with original packaging where applicable.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Greeting cards (including individual cards and card sets)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Exchanges
  • We do not offer standard exchanges.

  • Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
